Developer X was a subsidiary of the well-known Shoura Group Egypt. The company launched Developer X as its real estate subsidiary in 2020 to compete with many high-end mixed-use and residential projects in the real estate market. 

Despite closing its doors, Developer X left many landmark projects in the Egyptian market. These projects are still alive and speak to the expertise and professionalism with which the company operated.  

Developer X Philosophy

Developer X has developed many high-end projects, including:

•  Bianchi Ilios in Sidi Abdel Rahman, North Coast 

This premium resort is found on the 135th kilometer of International Coastal Road. It features a wide set of premium facilities, including a 46,000 square meter lagoon, a 360-meter private beach, wave technology pools and lagoons, a commercial hub, and verdant landscaping. 

It’s phase The Wave Hotel Apartments features serviced apartments by the beach. 

Currently, Bianchi llions Project has been purchased by Al – Borouj Misr Developments Group (ABM). It is now the company responsible for selling the project’s units. 

• Ourika in Northern Expansion – 6 October 

Ourika is one of the premium residential projects in 6 October by Developer X. The project is primarily located on Waslet Dahshour Road, just 5 minutes from Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road.
